The Building Calendar is a great application for posting events that are occurring at the property. While you can also generate event emails via the Building Calendar app, any emails sent are plain text emails without any formatting, signatures etc. When posting a Calendar event, if you choose not to send the event notifications you can then use the Email Notification application to create and send a templated/formatted memo to tenants. This will ensure all tenant communication is kept uniform and professional.
