The different warning levels allow Property Management to relay the importance or urgency of the alert. When an Instant Alert is posted to the portal, the alert will be color coded to indicate the warning level. Red is high, Orange is medium and Green is low. You can also set up tenant contacts to receive email or text message communications based on the alert level. For example, if you have a tenant contact who is rarely in the building and should not be receiving low level alerts such as building events, maintenance schedules etc., but should receive all emergency alerts, you can set them up in the Contact Management application to only receive notifications for “High” level alerts.
