This document provides a step-by-step process for learning the Reservations Application.

Application Overview: This application allows you to simplify your Reservation process for all shared amenities through our easy-to-use online application. This app allows users to check availability, submit reservations, check the status, and manage amenity settings.

Step 1 – Watch the Reservations Full Training Video – (27:34)
This video will explain the process of how to set up Preferences, how to add Amenities as well as all of the other features of the App.

Step 2 – Preferences and Adding Amenities

If you have not done so already, before moving forward, be sure to set-up the Preferences section first, followed by adding your shared amenities. For instructions, watch the following video tutorials;
