Q: How do I request a Tenant Center account?
A: Please visit your property’s website and locate the “Register” button. Detailed steps will be outlined. 

Q: How do I log into the Tenant Center to setup my account?
A: You will receive an email with you temporary login credentials after submitting your account request.

Q: How do I manage my contact information and notification preferences?
A: In the Tenant Center navigate to “Your Account”  to update your information and notifications.

Q: How do I know what the participating retailers are and offers?
A: Offers will be showcased on your property portal as well as sent via email once you have set up a Tenant Center account. 

Q: How do I redeem an offer?
A: Simply show the retailer the email/message sent with offer details. This can be done via the property app as well.
