FAQ - How do I request edits to our Property Website?

Our Edits team will take care of updating the information on your Electronic Tenant Portal. The most efficient way to submit edit requests to email our Edits Team directly. Listed below are some helpful reminders that will allow our team to expedite your edits quickly and efficiently.

  1. Click on this email link [email protected].

  2. Please be sure to reference the property, chapter title and section title, or include a URL link to the page.

  3. Please describe the edit request with as much detail as possible.

  4. Attach any large blocks of text, images or art directly to the email.

  5. Our Edits Team will complete the edit and notify you upon its completion via email.
