FAQ - If my Electronic Tenant Portal or Applications seem to have a glitch, what should I do?

First, log out and then back into the Maintenance Center to see if this resolves the issue. If not, try logging into your Maintenance Center account from another computer. If you are able to log in from a different computer, it most likely means there is an issue with the Internet browser on your computer. Log out of the Maintenance Center, and perform the following:1. Open your Internet browser 2. Select Tools from your toolbar menu 3. Select Internet Options 4. Under the Temporary Internet Options, select Settings 5. Under check for versions of stored pages, change the setting to Every visit to the page 6. Select Delete Temporary Internet Files (this will delete browsing history, etc.) 7. Close your Internet Browser 8. Shut down your computer 9. Reboot your computer 10. Open your Internet BrowserEnter the Maintenance Center website.
