The Mobile Task Manager is set up within the Contact Management Application. When adding a new User in the Contact Management App, after filling out their information, you can grant them a Username and then under the Permissions section be sure to grant Mobile Task Manager Access and any applicable credentials. At the bottom, you can opt to send a login email to the new user that will contain their Username, Temporary Password and instructions on how to download the App for free.
