Guideline:
1. Download or update the Mobile Task Management App from the Apple App/Google Play stores
2. Login per usual with your MTM Username/Password
3. Accept the Push Notification pop-ups that auto-populate on your mobile screen
4. Receive Service Request Push Notices even when your device is locked and the App is closed.
