Calendar

To view the Reservation Calendar, select "Calendar" from the blue horizontal menu bar or from the tab drop down menu. This will open the interactive Calendar with sorting and filtering options for all of your Properties.

The Calendar will default to show the current month. On the left, there are multiple options and filers that can be selected to change the Calendar view. Select the Month and Year from the dropdown menu, then choose the Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly view. Events on the Calendar are color-coded to indicate single Reservations, Events, Amenity Closings, Unavailable dates/times and days with Multiple Reservations (for Yearly View Only).

To the left of the Calendar, there are many available filtering options. You can apply one or more Filters at one time.

  1. Show All Reservations/Show Today: The Show All Reservations filter, when clicked, will show all Reservations within the System and remove all filters. If you have navigated to a different year, month, or day, the Show Today filter will bring you back to the current monthly view.

  2. Building: The Building filter allows you to view Reservations on the Calendar for one or more of your buildings.

  3. Company: The Company filter allows you to check (or "type to add") Company names. Once applied, this filter will narrow the Reservation Calendar to show Reservations for specific Companies.

  4. Amenity Name: This filter can be applied to narrow your view to one or more of your Amenities.

  5. Submitted By: To see Reservations submitted by a specific person, select the person from the list.

  6. Reservation Status: This filter can be used to narrow your view to one or more of the following Reservation Statuses on the Calendar: New, Pending, Approved, Denied, Completed, Canceled.

  7. Day Availability Status: Select Available or Unavailable to see the Amenity status for each day. Please note: Some Amenities may be "Hidden" or Unavailable for Reservations because they are being used for Events. Events are used to allow one or more people to reserve a time slot for a specific Amenity. For example, if a building has a golf simulator, and Event can be set up enabling tenants to register for a time slot in the Tenant Center.

  8. Billable Status: This filter can be applied to narrow your view to one or more of the following Billable Statuses: None, Pending, Requested, Approved, or Denied.

  9. Options: If enabled, this filter will show any Amenity Closings that have been added.

There are several options and time-saving features available directly on the Calendar which will allow you to easily view and manage your Reservations.

  1. Legend: The color-coded legend allows you to distinguish between Reservations, Events, and Unavailable Amenities.

  2. Drag and Drop Feature: This feature allows you to easily move a Reservation from one day to another. To move a Reservation, click and drag it to another day. A warning message will appear asking you to Save or Cancel the change. Click the checkbox to notify Users of the change, if desired.

  3. Add New Reservation: The "+" button in the corner of each date box will open the Add Reservation page.

  4. Reservation Expansion: If there are multiple Reservations, Events, Closings, etc., for a specific date, there will be a number with arrows in the corner of the date box. Clicking on the number will expand the view to allow you to see all Reservations and Events scheduled on that date.

  5. View: Scrolling over a Reservation will expand the box to show additional details, including Amenity Name, Company, Building and Status.
