Reporting


To access the Reservations Reporting feature, select "Reporting" from the horizontal menu bar or from the tab drop-down menu.

The Reports & Downloads section includes two Excel File downloads. The first download includes information/details for all Reservations in the system. The second download will include Reservations with Billable Items.

Download All Reservations

This download allows the User to export Reservations to an excel document based on a specific Date Range for one or more Building/s. To create the report, enter the following information:

  1. Date Range: Enter the date range for the Report. You can select dates from the calendar or type them into the text boxes. The Report will only include Reservations within that date range.

  2. Options: You can select if this range reflects the actual Reservation Date or when the Reservation was added to the Application.

  3. Buildings: Check the box next to the desired building/s that you would like to include in your report.

  4. Create Report: When ready, click Create Report.

  5. Download: When the download is ready, a box will appear with all of the preferences you selected. Click "Download Excel" to save it to your computer.

  6. Excel File: Navigate to the file on your computer and click on it to open and view the file.

Download Billable Items Only

The second report is created using the same process as the first report but it will only include Reservations that have Billable Items associated with the request. Enter the following information to create the Billable Items Report:

  1. Date Range: Enter the date range for the Report. You can select dates from the calendar or type them into the text boxes. The Report will only include Reservations within that date range.

  2. Options: You can select if this range reflects the actual Reservation Date or when the Reservation was added in the Application.

  3. Buildings: Check the box next to the desired buildings that you would like to include in your report.

  4. Create Report: When finished, click Create Report.

  5. Download: When the download is ready, a box will appear with all of the preferences you selected. Click on the "Download Excel" link and save it to your computer.

  6. Excel File: Navigate to the file on your computer and click on it to open and view the file.
