Communications List
The Communication List will show all of your Sent, Draft, Scheduled, and Recurring Communications.

  1. The highlighted icons in the Type column indicate if the Communication includes an Email, Text message, Property Website Banner and/or Calendar Event.

  2. The Recipient column shows the selected Recipients for one or more Buildings. If Subset was chosen when the Communication was created, the Groups, Companies, Floors, and/or Users will be listed for each Building.

  3. Communications marked as High Priority will be shown with a red vertical line on the left.

  4. The Message column will indicate the Status of the Communication as well as the Title or Subject of the Communication and a portion of the message.

  5. Any Attachments to the Communication will be indicated in the Message field with a paperclip icon.

  6. The last three columns indicate who created the message, the Category, if one was chosen, and the date the Communication was sent or is scheduled to be sent.

  7. If it is a Recurring message, the date will be highlighted in yellow, indicating when the next message will be sent. The Date column also includes a toggle icon at the top to allow the messages to be sorted by date.
