View & Manage Equipment


To view or manage Equipment, use the Preventative Maintenance tab drop-down menu to select Equipment.

The Equipment List shows all existing Equipment. Filtering options on the left allow users to narrow the list as needed. The Options menu includes additional features of the application.

Options:

  • Add Equipment - Select this option to enter a new piece of Equipment into the application.

  • Add PM Job - Select this option to add a new PM Job for an existing piece of equipment.

  • Add Repair Job - Select this option to add a one time Repair Job for an existing piece of equipment.

  • Import Equipment - Select this option to import multiple pieces of Equipment using an Excel template. For more information, view the section on How to Import Equipment or Jobs.

  • Bulk Update - Select this option to manage multiple pieces of Equipment at once. Bulk Update options include:

    • Assign Jobs - Allows users to add existing jobs to the Equipment selected. All information will be copied to include job name, frequency, start and end date, etc.

    • Equipment Information - Allows users to update Equipment Details. Any information updated here will replace any existing information added previously. Custom Templates can be added to multiple pieces of Equipment as well.

    • Delete Equipment - Allows users to delete multiple pieces of Equipment at once. Please Note: Deleting a piece of Equipment will delete all equipment history.

Filters:

The Equipment List page can be filtered by Building(s), Date Range, System, Equipment Type, Jobs, Jobs Type, Template and Frequency.

View and Manage Equipment Details
To view additional Equipment details, click within the row to open the Equipment Details page.

1. Options:

  • Edit - This allows the user to edit any of the Equipment details on the page.

  • Delete - This option will delete the Equipment and all equipment history from the application.

  • Print - This option provides a printable version of the equipment details.

2. Equipment Schedule - The Equipment Schedule provides a calendar view displaying

any Task due dates for this Equipment. Due dates for recurring PM Jobs and Repair

Jobs will be shown here. Hovering over a date will provide a summary of the Task

details and provide direct access to the Task Calendar.

3. Comments/Updates - Comments and status updates associated with any Task for this

piece of Equipment will be listed here with a Task and Job ID number along with a

date/time stamp and the email address of the user who added the comments or updated

the status.

4. Equipment Jobs - This section lists all Jobs associated with this piece of Equipment. PM

Jobs and Repair Jobs can be added here for this piece of Equipment. For more
