Task Calendar


Select Calendar from the tab drop-down menu or the blue horizontal menu bar to view and manage PM Tasks.

The Task Calendar provides multiple options for viewing and managing tasks:

  1. Date View: The Calendar will default to the current month. To view by year, week or day, click the options on the left.

  2. Search: Type one or more keywords in the search field on the right to view specific Tasks. To clear the search, delete the Keyword(s) under the filters in the left hand column.

  3. Filters: Select one or more filters from the options on the left to narrow down the Tasks shown on the calendar, as needed.

  4. Other Features: Past Due Tasks will be shown in orange and current Tasks will be shown in blue. Scrolling over a Task will show additional details and clicking on the Task will bring you to the Task Details page where you can update the status, record collected data, etc. The small numbers in the corners of the date box indicate how many Tasks are due that day. Click on the number to view all Tasks for the selected date.

Drag & Drop
Tasks can also be moved by dragging and dropping a task to a different date, allowing Users to easily update Task due dates. For example, if a task falls on a Building Holiday or a weekend, simply click on the task and drag it to a different day. This will automatically change the due date and, if moved to the future, it will send out the PM Task email on the morning the task is due. Please Note: This will not affect any other task due dates for that job, only the selected task due date will be updated.
