Self-Training Guideline – Insight Application

Welcome to Electronic Tenant Solutions self-training guideline.

This document will provide you with a recommended step-by-step process for learning the Insight Application.

Application Overview: A powerful survey and data analysis application pertinent to all aspect of property operations.

Step 1 – Insight Recipients

The insight application can be sent to anyone via email. However, if you will be using the tool for tracking tenant/staff surveys, please ensure all contacts are set up within the Contact Management Application. Click here to visit the Contact Management Help Center.
