Welcome to Electronic Tenant Solutions self-training guideline.
This document will provide you with a recommended step-by-step process of learning the Video Life Safety Training & Testing Application.
Application Overview: This application promotes, and documents, preparedness and reinforces understanding of procedures required in mitigating circumstances.
Step 1 – Choosing and uploading your Videos
Before you can start using this application, you must ensure that the video(s) you will be creating a test for has been added to your Maintenance Center. To view current videos you can click on the Videos option under your Video Training & Testing tab. If you do not have any videos available, please contact [email protected]. A member of the ETS team will work with you to get the necessary videos uploaded to your application.
Step 2 - Video Training Recipients
The Video Life Safety Training & Testing allows you to easily create and send safety tests to your tenant/staff contacts. All contacts that will be receiving the tests will need to be set up within your Contact Management Application. Prior to starting full training on this application it is recommended to add these users to the Contact Management Application. Click here to visit the Contact Management Help Center.
