FAQ - What does the Duplicate Certificate feature do within the COI Application?

This feature helps to alleviate extra data entry time when an existing COI expires by copying the COI information into a new form.To use this feature, click on the COI you would like to duplicate, from the “Manage Certificates” page. To the right under “Certificate Options”, click on Duplicate Certificate. This will then copy over the existing information into a new form where you can then Edit the expiration dates, limits and add the new Accord Form as needed.Important: When duplicating a COI, the COI that is being duplicated does not get removed from the application. There will be options to keep the COI within the current "Manage Certificates" page, delete the certificate or archive the certificate.
