CM - How to Navigate the User List Page
Updated over 3 years ago

To access the User List choose Users from the Contact Management tab drop-down menu. The User List will contain all Staff, Tenants, Vendors, and other contacts.

The User List will show the User’s Name, Company, Email, Username, Floor, User Type, and Primary Building. Display Settings for the User List can be configured in the Preferences section.

The column headers at the top of the list have toggle icons that allow the list to be sorted by Name, Company, Floor, Type, or Building.

A green icon next to the User’s Name means that the User is a Tenant Admin. Tenant Admins are able to view and manage all Service Requests, COI's, and Reservations, depending on the applications you subscribe to, for all Users associated with the Company, regardless of who submitted the request. There may be more than one Tenant Admin in a single Company.

A blue icon next to the User’s Name indicates the User is a Maintenance Center Admin. This means the User has the ability to access and manage all applications. This permission should be granted to specific Staff members.

To view the User's profile, click anywhere in the row, to open the User Details.

In the left-hand column of the User List page, the following options are available:

  • Use the Search Box to find a specific User

  • Click Add Note to enter a note for one or more users

  • Click User Import to begin the process of uploading multiple users at the same time using an excel template.

  • Click Bulk Update to manage multiple users at once.

  • After clicking Bulk Update checkboxes will appear next to each User

    • Select one or more Users from the list

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page

    • Select an action from the drop-down menu and click submit

The filters on the left can be used to narrow your search by Building, Company, App Permissions, Notification Settings, User Types, and Custom Groups.

  • Select one or more filters from the list on the left.

  • To apply the filters one at a time, use the green refresh icon.

  • To apply multiple filters, select the filters, then click Update Filters at the top of the list

  • Filters can be very helpful when used in conjunction with the Bulk Update feature.

  • When finished, click Show All to remove filters and show the full list of Contacts.
