Reports & Downloads
To access Reports and Downloads in the Preventative Maintenance application, select Reporting from the tab drop-down menu or the blue horizontal menu bar.
Reports
The first section is the Reports section. On screen reports allow for customization and may also be downloaded and/or printed.
Archived Equipment, Jobs, and Tasks
Select the checkbox next to Include Archived for any report or download, as needed. Please Note: Archived Equipment, Jobs, or Tasks will not be included in the report unless the Include Archived box has been checked.
Resource Labor Management
This report provides a list of all Tasks due within a specific date range, sorted by Assigned Designee. The included date range can be up to (3) years, for one or more buildings and statuses.
Man Hour Forecast
Based on the Estimated Time entered when a Job was created, this report provides the hours needed to complete all scheduled Tasks within a selected date range. Select a date range and building/s to view all jobs with tasks coming due for each month. The Job total, monthly total, and grand total will be included for the date range.
History by Equipment
This report provides a complete Equipment history for open or completed PM tasks.
Equipment without Jobs
This report will show any Equipment in the system that does not have a PM Job associated with it. Click Edit or Delete to view the equipment details page. From there, the user can add a job, or delete the equipment from the application, as needed.
Downloads
There are three custom downloads based on the major categories of the PM application (Equipment, Jobs and Tasks). Select the download, check off one or more buildings from the list and add columns by selecting from the dropdown or click to select All Columns.
Saved Downloads
After creating a download, click Save Report. The Report will show up in the Saved Downloads section at the bottom of the Reporting page. Next time you need to run this report, select it from the Saved Downloads list. All columns, buildings, and parameters initially entered will be pre-filled. The download can then be customized as needed before downloading.
