Service Request Preferences for Email Templates, Displays and Custom Fields

Select Preferences from the Service Request tab dropdown menu or the blue horizontal menu bar. From the Application Preferences page, select one of the following:

Email Template Preferences:

To view and manage Status Email Templates, then select the building from the list on the left.

  1. Click on a Status Email in the list to edit the default text. Be sure to choose the correct building on the left prior to editing Email Templates.

  2. Check the box next to Include Satisfaction Rating on Email for Approved, Canceled, Closed, Completed and/or Denied Status Email Templates, if desired.

Display Preferences:

This preference allows you to choose how many rows per page and the columns that will be seen on the Service Request List, Billable Templates List, Service Types List and the Alarms List pages.

Custom Fields Preferences:

Up to five Custom Fields can be add here to allow additional information to be recorded when updating a request in the Maintenance Center or the Mobile Task Manager.
