This section contains the system email templates that can be customized and sent from the Contact Management application. This section allows users to update the default text for one or more of the email templates. When sending a system email to a specific user, it can also be edited individually prior to sending.

Send Login Information:

This section includes login email templates for the Tenant Center, Mobile Task Manager (staff only), and the Maintenance Center (staff only). These emails can be customized as needed.

The login emails will automatically include the Username, Password, First Name, Last Name, Company, and Email Address for the new User. Please note: Information shown in brackets will be populated by the system. We recommend that you do not edit or remove any text in [brackets].

Approved/Denied Access Email Template:

Approved/Denied Access emails are sent to notify users of the approval status of their request. For more information on how tenants can request accounts from the Tenant Center login page, please review the "General Preferences" section of this Help Doc.

Users who have requested Tenant Center access can be located using the Reveiw Users button on the User List page. This button will only be shown if there are Users who are waiting for approval.

After making any changes to the Email Templates, check the box next to Copy these settings over to your other buildings, if desired. When finished, click Submit to save your changes.
