Disabling Future Requests in the Tenant Center
The ability to submit Future Requests through the Tenant Center can now be disabled. Navigate to the Service Request Preferences, the setting is found in the Tenant Center Service Request Preferences section.
Sorting when adding a Service Request in the Mobile Task Manager app.
When adding a new request in through the Mobile Task Manager application users are now able to be sorted by name, company, or suite.
Reporting - New Display Options for Time Metrics
When creating Service Request reports time metrics are now able to be displayed in Days, Hours, and Minutes, Hours & Minutes, or just Minutes.
The time options can be selected when creating a new report in the Service Request Reporting tab. Create a new report, or click the options in an existing report to be able to select the time format desired.
