Service Request List Page

The Service Request List provides a full list of all requests within the system. From here you can search, sort, filter, and manage requests for one or more buildings. Click within the row of any request to access and manage all Service Request details.

The following options are available on the Service Request List page:

1. Quick Edit: Click the three dots in the first column to update the Status, add a Communication Note, attach a file, change the Priority, Archive or tag as a Repeat Request, send an update to Assigned Designees, Email Only Designees and/or the Tenant who submitted the request.

2. Satisfaction Ratings: If the Satisfaction Survey Feature has been enabled in the Preferences, Tenant Center Users can rate their requests with a thumbs up or thumbs down, once the status of the request has been updated to Approved, Canceled, Closed, Completed or Denied. Tenants can change their rating at anytime. (For more information, view the Help Document section covering the Satisfaction Survey Feature)

3. List Columns: Each of the columns has a toggle icon. Click the triangle to sort the list by ID number, Request Status, Billable Status, Date Requested, Service Type, Request Description, Location, Company/Tenant, Last Update, or Assigned Designee.

4. Bulk Update: This feature allows you to update the request Status, Billable Status, Repeat Requests, Archive, or update the Assigned Designee for multiple requests at one time. After clicking Bulk Update, checkboxes will appear allowing you to select the requests you want to manage. Select one or more requests, scroll to the bottom and choose an action from the Bulk Update menu. When finished, click Edit to update the selected requests.

5. Filters: By selecting one or more Filters on the left, you can narrow the list of requests by Building, Date Range, Tenant Company, Request Status, Billable Status, Satisfaction Rating, Designee, Priority, etc. Click on the Filter name to expand the section. Select the filter(s) and click the green refresh icon to apply. Using one or more Filters prior to using Bulk Update allows you to view the specific requests you want to manage.

6. Managing a Series: For more information on managing a series of requests see the "SR Help: Recurring & Scheduled Requests" article or click here.
