Maintenance Watch is designed to help Property Management Staff and/or Engineers track the progress of all Open requests in the application. This feature helps to ensure that management staff and engineers are alerted to any unassigned requests.

The Maintenance Watch page will automatically refresh every 5 minutes. As requests are updated from Open to any other status, they will come off of the list. Click within the row to open the Service Request Details page to view or manage a request.

To open a Maintenance Watch window, select "Maintenance Watch" from the tab drop-down menu or the blue horizontal menu bar. A new browser window will automatically open.
